All our plans include support credits. The credits are used to make changes to your website. Support credits cannot be carried over from one month to the next so you must use all your support credits in a given month. Using Support Credits?
Any change requested for your Website costs a certain number of support credits. Support credits cannot be used for creating a new website. The most common uses are updating pages, uploading images and minor changes to your website. Click here for a detailed list of services that you can use your support credits for.
Can I Buy Credits?
Yes. If you run out of support credits in a given month and need to make more changes, you can buy as many credits as needed. Each support credit costs $20.
How Long Before A Service Request Can Be Completed?
Change orders/service requests need to be sent to us via email to Webdev@webhostinglogistics.com normally changes are made within 6 hours after you contact us with all the needed information and ONLY during our normal operating hours of Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding national holidays. Weekend request or EMERGENCIES are handled within 2 hours and charged at 2 times the normal credit. Contact Express@webhostinglogitics.com
