Time frame

Usually, execution will take between 5 and 8 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your list.

Deliverable

All usernames, passwords, and database lists are provided to the client in an Excel Spreadsheet.  After each “send” client is provided with reporting on the open rate, opt-out rate, and click-thru rate.  Communications between Encompass and our clients are handled via a private project management website.
