Email marketing is a straightforward way to stay in front of clients and prospects: it is inexpensive, it can be sent on a schedule, and it lands in a place people already check. The point is not volume. The point is a useful message that reaches people who asked to hear from you.
Build the list from your own contacts. Do not buy a list. Bought names get you blacklisted, and later sends never reach the inbox. Use a real email service provider — Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or another platform we can work with — not a desktop mail client.
A campaign is a timed send: a promotion, an announcement, a seasonal offer, or a one-off follow-up. Use it when the message has a start and an end. If the same people need a regular update, that is a newsletter, not another one-off blast.
A managed newsletter is the recurring send: planning, writing, list hygiene, and reporting, so the list does not go quiet. We can send, collect names, and write the emails. You stay in the loop on what goes out.
Newsletter marketing is the habit of showing up in the inbox with something worth opening — not a recycled homepage paragraph. We plan the cadence, write the issue, and send through a proper provider so the mail is more likely to be seen.
An e newsletter is the same offer under the name many owners still type. If you do not have time to write and send every month, we run that work and you approve the issue before it goes out.
We handle the platform, the send, name collection, and the writing when you want it written. You approve the message and the list rules. Details of cadence and who writes what get set on a call — they are not assumed.
A dirty list wastes sends and trains filters to ignore you. Cleaning bounces and stale addresses is its own offer: email list cleaning. For a longer explanation of how email fits a marketing plan, see email marketing for your business.
Our email marketing services start at FREE
Usually, execution will take between 5 and 8 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your list.
All usernames, passwords, and database lists are provided to the client in an Excel Spreadsheet. After each “send” client is provided with reporting on the open rate, opt-out rate, and click-thru rate. Communications between Encompass and our clients are handled via a private project management website.
Newsletters keep a conversation going. Automated follow-up after a form or a lead is managed marketing automation, not a second newsletter page. Encompass Marketing Group, 40 Tanner Street, Haddonfield, NJ 08034. 609-217-8136.
